EDI Support Analyst

The EDI Support Analyst is on the front lines of making sure our customers are successful and well cared for. This is a full-time position in our Dayton, Ohio, headquarters. The Support Analyst will interact directly with Acclimate Technologies' customers and prospects. This is a vital customer-facing role and requires thorough knowledge of EDI and ERP systems, a passion for problem solving, outstanding written and oral communication skills, and the ability to solve problems independently, often under the pressure of limited time. 

The Support Analyst is responsible for working with customers and our internal implementation teams to make sure customers are set up properly and to ensure that our customers' EDI transactions run smoothly all the time. The Analyst must have at least three years of experience working with EDI, ERP systems, and VANs. The Support Analyst must have experience trouble-shooting EDI communication errors, mapping problems, and communication issues. The Analyst must be able to nurture long-term relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service even under challenging circumstances. The position requires after-hours work, including periodic evening and weekend pager duty. 

A bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a similar field is desired, but not required. The successful candidate will have excellent references, including references from customers, in an EDI and/or ERP environment.
