Cancellation Policy
Payment Types: Payment by cash, check, MC/Visa will be accepted at the door
Reservation/Cancellation Policy:
- Technology First is under contract and financially responsible for all event reservations.
- Registrants that have not cancelled their reservation but are unable to attend an event will be invoiced for payment.
- Event reservation cancellations must be received in writing 2-business days prior to the event; technical training cancellations must be received 14 business days prior to the course start date. Please forward cancellations to Andy Hickey at

- Registration deadline is 2 business days before the event.
- Registrations received after the deadline will be processed on a space available basis, be subject to additional fees and are non-refundable.
