Miamisburg-based PEQ Services + Solutions, Inc. announced the acquisition of WaterburyGroup, Inc., with two offices in Ohio. The acquisition became effective September 1, 2007.
WaterburyGroup is an award-winning professional services firm providing executive search, recruitment process outsourcing, and professional contract staffing services. The firm has a proven history working within manufacturing, retail, academia, and information technology industry verticals for a broad range of clients throughout North America, the Pacific Rim and Europe.
PEQ Services + Solutions, Inc. offers a complete menu of IT services and solutions for companies in a wide range of industries, from automotive retail to finance to government agencies. These services are offered on different levels, including complete IT infrastructure outsourcing, IT maintenance, IT-based process improvements, or on a project by project basis. The company's focus is on consulting and project management, with an emphasis on system integration, operations, and on-going maintenance.
Projected revenue of the combined organizations is 25 million dollars annually. As a result of the acquisition, PEQ Services + Solutions expects to add additional employees at locations around the country. Evans noted, "This is in addition to the 32 new jobs we're creating for the state-of-the-art technical assistance center we are building in our current Miamisburg facility." PEQ Services + Solutions and WaterburyGroup have both worked with customers on a national and international basis. Included among the combined company's clients in the greater Dayton area are Montgomery County, City of Kettering, City of Franklin, NCR, WorkflowOne, Children's Medical Center, Harris Corporation, Needmore Vending, Pioneer Electronics, and Luxottica Group.
