Ardor Consulting announces the additions of three new members to add to its team! We are extremely excited and proud to have added new talent to a growing team and are looking forward to a long and successful future with our new people.

Gary Lewis has joined the Ardor Consulting team as a Recruiting Resource Manager.
Gary comes to Ardor from Crown Partners where he was the lead Corporate Recruiter and Hiring consultant. Gary has worked in the technical recruiting business for over 10 years and has an extensive business development background that brings a depth of experience to our recruiting team.  Gary will be working out of Ardor’s Dayton, Ohio office. Ardor welcomes Gary Lewis to the team!

Robyn Estep has joined the Ardor Consulting team as a Corporate Trainer – Enterprise Software.  Prior to joining Ardor, Robyn worked for CSC Corporation as a Chief Editor and Technical writer and Corporate Trainer. Robyn has over 10 years of experience building software training curriculums and providing corporate training presentations. Ardor welcomes Robyn Estep to the team!

Lawrence McKever has joined the Ardor Consulting team as a Corporate Trainer – Enterprise Software.  Prior to joining Ardor, Lawrence was a Software and Technical Training Consultant at the NCR Corporation. Lawrence has over 15 years experience in the training and employee development arena.

Ardor Consulting announces Partner, Dave Nixon has been appointed to the Board of Advisors for a Columbus based charity, Adventures For Wish Kids. An “adventures” based non-profit organization that provides terminally ill children special events throughout the year for both them and their families. As part of Ardor’s community stewardship principles, Dave will provide strategic assistance to the Dayton chapter of Adventures For Wish Kids, under the guidance of Executive Director, Deborah Samic.
