Agil IT Hires VP of Services to Expand Professional Management Services Offerings

Agil IT has hired Robert Casebere to help lead the expansion of the company’s growing professional services and consulting organization in the newly created position of vice president of services.

“Agil IT performance engineers have developed a set of proven best practices and expertise over the past ten years working with small to medium sized organizations, and we are experiencing growing demand for these services to help our customers  continually improve network and application performance,” said Jonathan Dankworth, Agil IT President. “As an accomplished business leader and former IT executive, Rob Casebere is the right person to spearhead our growth from productrelated professional services to broader network performance management consulting offerings.

Casebere will not only manage the service teams, but he will also oversee the delivery of Agil IT’s managed services product implementation, training and advisory services, as well as a new line of product-neutral consulting services that will help customers get the most value from their network infrastructure. “Agil IT has set the standard for customer satisfaction by supporting and augmenting its high-value product offerings with network engineering expertise,” said Casebere. “I am pleased to continue that tradition by expanding our services to help many more organizations diagnose and correct critical problems, plan for network expansion, and hone network performance management knowledge and skills.”
Casebere has more than 20 years of experience in information technology organizations. Most recently, he served as a vice president of services with a Dayton area tech company, where he managed the IT services department for K-12 educational accounts. Casebere has a Bachelor of Science degree in management information systems from Wright State University.
