Tech Source Update

Tech Source is our business development program which features an IT Resource Finder and a referral service to connect IT buyers and IT suppliers in the Dayton region. The Tech Source repository provides a way to know who does what in IT in the Dayton region through profiles of IT suppliers.

Companies can anonymously search for IT products, services or solutions by key word or drop down box and retrieve a list of IT suppliers that could meet their need in the Dayton region.

The companies that have used Tech Source to find IT resources and solutions include a wide range by size and industry. A few examples of companies using Tech Source are noted below
• Large companies (DP&L, Cox Ohio Publishing)
• Medium companies (Dayton Dragons, Miller Valentine)
• Manufacturers (DRT, Lion Apparel, Green Tokai, Elliott Tool)
• Professional services companies including real estate, financial and law firms
• Nonprofit organizations (Premier Health Partners, Kettering Medical Center Network)
• Local governments (Montgomery County, City of Riverside)
• Colleges and universities (Wright State University, Sinclair Community College)

In the past year’s recession, we still have had a lot of interest in the service.
