Collaboration between the Entrepreneurial Signature Program and the Entrepreneurial Development Network led to the creation of E-Link, an online tool for linking the Dayton Region’s resources and services to entrepreneurs and businesses.

• As an interactive addition to the Get Midwest website, E-Link allows users to:
- Create customized reports of services by location
- Access information about business resources available in the Region
- Pinpoint service providers to assist with specific business needs

• There are two unique navigation paths for E-Link.
- “Direct Me”- A quick way to access information about resources and services to address specific business needs.
- “Guide Me”- A user-friendly way to find the resources and services available for each phase of a business’s development.

• Information on a full range of services and resources is available by using
E-Link:

• E-Link provides ease of access to information on over 60 (and growing) Dayton Region entrepreneurial assistance organizations and their services.

• Aileron
– Aileron is a non-profit organization created to strengthen communities by helping business owners lead and manage their companies, driving growth, innovation and jobs.
• AFRL Small Business Office
– AFRL’s Small Business Office promotes acquisition policies, procedures, and practices that provide maximum opportunity for small businesses to compete for contract awards and to assist small businesses in selling to the Air Force Research Laboratory.
• Business & Industry Center
– The Business & Industry Center at Edison Community College provides training that can help you manage people and projects, advance in your profession, or just sharpen your skills.
• Center for Innovation Management (CIM)
– The Center for Innovation Management (CIM) is an applied research center providing business research, analysis and planning assistance to companies and inventors in the Dayton Region that has a goal of commercializing their technologies and thereby  creating jobs in the state of Ohio.
• Center for Performance Excellence
– The Wright State University Center for Performance Excellence is a training and organizational development partner whose goal is to help businesses implement best practices that will have the most impact on your bottom line.

• CityWide Development
– CityWide Development helps businesses create jobs and aides in strengthening the City’s neighborhoods. It offers financial, consultative and educational services, assistance in several areas of investment including business, neighborhoods, entertainment and downtown housing, among others.

• Community Capital Development Corporation (CCDC)
– CCDC is a private, not-for-profit corporation that makes loans to businesses throughout the State of Ohio. Our financing programs are designed to assist healthy, growing small businesses invest in land, building, and equipment.

• CountyCorp
– CountyCorp is the private non-profit Development Corporation for Montgomery County. The mission of CountyCorp is to improve the quality of life for residents of Montgomery County and neighboring counties through improved housing and economic opportunities.

• daytaOhio
– daytaOhio is a State of Ohio supported Wright Center of Innovation. daytaOhio’s mission is to deliver solutions that improve the performance and decision making of individuals and teams by integrating human factors design with innovative visualization and computing technologies.

• Dayton Area Defense Contractors Association
– DADCA’s principal purpose is to promote economic development activity among local Defense contractors, community residents in the Greater Dayton area, and Wright-Patterson Air Force Base.

• Dayton Development Coalition
– The Dayton Development Coalition is the regional economic development and advocacy organization whose mission is to support job creation and prosperity for the citizens of the Dayton Region.

• Dayton Export Assistance Center
– Dayton Export Assistance Center brings together resources from across the U.S. Government to assist American businesses in planning their international sales strategies and succeed in today’s global marketplace.

• Dayton Metro Library
– The Dayton Metro Library is committed to offering a large variety of services to all the residents of the Miami Valley: a variety of books, online reference engines, on-site computers, public meeting rooms, and more.

• Dayton Minorities Contractors Business Assistance Program
– The Dayton Minorities Contractors Business Assistance Program’s mission is to provide direct professional services that contribute to the growth and stability of Ohio’s underutilized businesses.

• Dayton Tooling and Manufacturing Association (DTMA)
– DTMA is a non-profit association focusing on business, leadership, and worker development. It advocates for the tooling, machining, and manufacturing industry at the local, state, and federal level.

• Downtown Dayton Partnership
– The Downtown Dayton Partnership works with downtown property owners, businesses and residents to provide strategic planning, business development and marketing services to grow and strengthen Dayton’s downtown.

• Edison Material Technology Center (EMTEC)
– EMTEC is a non-profit member-based organization, which develops business and technology strategies, sponsors, coordinates and manages collaborative technology projects and programs leading to commercialization or new business.

• Greater Dayton Foreign Trade Zone
– Greater Dayton Foreign Trade Zone is a program created by the Federal Government to facilitate trade and increase the global competitiveness of U.S.-based companies.

• Institute for Development and Commercialization of Advanced Technology (IDCAST)
– Led by the University of Dayton, IDCAST, the Institute for the Development and Commercialization of Advanced Sensor Technology is a world-class center of excellence in remote sensing and sensing technology.

• International Trade Assistance Center at EMTEC
– The international services provided at EMTEC include education to Ohio companies and individuals in the areas of importing, exporting and supply chain disciplines.

• Inventors Council of Dayton
– The Inventor’s Council of Dayton is a non-profit group that is focused on helping the independent inventor by providing monthly meetings, networking with successful inventors and education and resources about invention commercialization.

• Manufacturing and Technology SBDC at EMTEC
– The Ohio Manufacturing Technology Small Business Development Center provides free, professional, in-depth and confidential business consulting and training to new and existing entrepreneurs.

• Miamisburg Mound Community Improvement Corporation
– The Miamisburg Mound Community Improvement Corporation is the economic development company formed by the city of Miamisburg to lead the redevelopment efforts of the Mound site by providing a powerful combination of business solutions in a nurturing environment that facilitates competitiveness, success and innovation.

• Minority Economic Development Council
– The Minority Economic Development Council assists minority businesses to accelerate their growth and minority entrepreneurs attempting to start a new business from scratch, through acquisition or joint venture.

• Montgomery County Port Authority
– The Port Authority fosters public-private partnerships to assist in the creation of jobs and community revitalization. It offers a portfolio of finance options tailored to fit individual business needs.

• National Composite Center
– National Composite Center is the industry leader in promoting, developing and applying advanced composite technology to the aerospace, defense, ground transportation, commercial and infrastructure markets.

• National Environmental Technology Incubator
– The NET Incubator fills a critical gap between various supporting organizations, by creating an environment of IP-protected collaboration with technologists from academia and industry.

• Ohio Aerospace Institute
– OAI’s mission is to help build Ohio’s aerospace economy through research and technology development, education and training, and networking and information exchange.

• Procurement Technical Assistance Center
– The Southwest Central Ohio Procurement Technical Assistance Center is a resource center for government procurement that provides an assistance program designed to help Ohio businesses generate bids in response to federal, state, and local solicitations.

• Service Corps of Retired Executives (SCORE)
– Dayton SCORE are experienced business owners and managers who volunteer their experience and knowledge to help small business owners and potential small business owners achieve success.

• Sinclair Community College Workforce Development
– Workforce Development & Corporate Services is a community resource for partnering with regional employers to build employee skills and is a first-stop solution for a growing number of employers and individuals.

• SBDC at Edison Community College
– The Small Business Development Center at Edison Community College provides free, professional, in-depth and confidential business consulting and training to new and existing entrepreneurs.

• SBDC at Wright State University
– The center was created to provide ongoing consultation, educational research, and informational services to existing small business owners and potential entrepreneurs.

• Springfield SBDC
– The Springfield SBDC helps promote the economic growth of the Dayton region. It offers one-on-one counseling sessions to assist start-up businesses in developing a “strategic plan of action” to be used as a guide in achieving business related goals and objectives.

• South Central Ohio Minority Business Council (SCOMB)
– The South Central Ohio Minority Business Council creates an environment for the development of mutually beneficial relationships and opportunities between certified minority-owned businesses and member organizations.

• Southwestern Auglaize County Chamber of Commerce
– The Southwestern Auglaize County Chamber of Commerce’s goal is to improve its strong business environment and to enhance the quality of life for the people in the areas it serves.

• The Entrepreneurs Center (TEC)
– The Entrepreneurs Center’s purpose is to provide proper care and nurturing of individuals willing to take the risk to foster economic development and invest in the Region by starting up technology enterprises.

• Technology First
– Technology First is an industry-led, industry-driven trade association dedicated to increasing technology adoption, developing IT competencies, providing technical leadership, and advocating a strong regional IT agenda for economic growth.

• University of Dayton Research Institute (UDRI)
– UDRI’s purpose is to perform sponsored research that not only satisfies customer needs by providing innovative solutions through quality research and advanced technology, but also contributes to the fulfillment of the University’s education, research, and public service commitments.

• West Ohio Development Council
