GDITA held its Innovation Engine event on September 18th at Sinclair Community College’s Ponitz Center. The event’s presenters were Excellence in Motivation’s President and CEO, Bob Miller and Greg Jones, Executive Director of Business Technology.

“Excellence in Motivation” is a full service-performance-improvement company specializing in creating incentive programs and marketing solutions for their clients. Servicing the Dayton area for over 15 years, they are well versed in the successful performance of a business.

Greg Jones identified the role of technology in a business by emphasizing how information is critical to aligning objectives, elusive to Fortune 500 clients and essential to communicate progress and inspire performance.

Bob Miller demonstrated his “Diamond Strategy” which is built by identifying a company’s distinctive competencies and the ability to recognize trends in the market.
