DONet’s mission is to deliver data without delay.The expert technical staff at DONet uses innovation and a combination of local data center facilities, high speed network and routing solutions, and state-of-the art application hosting services to solve the  mission critical services for customers primarily in the Dayton region, but extending across the globe.

Several application hosting services that are newer include our Versatile Infrastructure Platform (VIP) based on a cluster of high-end servers,VMWare software, EMC SAN and Cisco switching equipment. Our team of systems administrators are currently working on several projects that offer hosted applications, including hosted Microsoft Exchange Server, hosted Microsoft Sharepoint Service, and our “Balanced Cloud” with the latest LAMP environment.

Network access services include our innovative Ethernet Express service unique to the Dayton region offering speeds over copper of up to 20mbps.We are preparing to launch the Ethernet Express service over wireless (with speeds up to 10mbps) and Ethernet Express Premium service with speeds up to 45mbps full duplex.

Local data center facilities include two local Tier 1 data centers in the Dayton region. DONet is currently selecting a site for a local data center that is larger, more scalable, and with more services.
