Job Description Job Summary

The Infrastructure Analyst specializes in diagnosing and solving problems in complex computer systems. He/she will implement solutions and provide necessary upgrades and patches to the company’s infrastructure, including servers and phone systems. Must have three to five years of experience with desktop hardware, software applications, operating systems, servers, ServiceNow, MDM and network connectivity. Successful candidates will be security-minded and proactive in anticipating and resolving problems with maximizing efficient use of computing resources. Bachelor’s degree required.

- Essential Duties and Responsibilities & Expectations

Typical duties include:
- Working knowledge of active directory and group policy
- Administration of Mobile Device Management (MDM) environment with Air-Watch to support Apple products
- Analyzing and making recommendations for hardware and software standardization
- Server maintenance
- PowerShell scripting or automation of repetitive tasks
- ServiceNow administration
- Creating and maintaining up-to-date computer images
- Creating user accounts and managing access control based on company policies
- Maintaining an inventory of installed software and managing software licensing
- Supporting ERP system in an AS400 environment
- Resetting passwords and creating/deleting users within Active Directory
- Malware detection and removal
- After-hours support as required
- Mobile device support (Android and iOS)

Qualifications and Requirements [Include Training/Certification]

- BS or representative industry work experience required
- Routing and Switching, MPLS, SD-LAN experience required
- Advanced knowledge of Windows 7, Windows 10, Microsoft Office 2010 - 2016 and Microsoft Server 2012-2016 required
- Security competency in a Windows Environment required
- Office 365 and Exchange server working knowledge helpful
- A+, Network+, MTA, MCSA, ITIL helpful
- VMware or VDI experience helpful
- Highly experienced with storage, backup, and cloud solutions
- Experience with AS/400 helpful
- Have valid Driver’s license
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Working Conditions & Dress Code
- Must be to work flexible hours through the week and, sometimes weekends
- Dress code is business casual; closed-toe shoes are suggested
