Job Description
Primary responsibility is to support the Senior Telecom Consultant by providing Administration, Inside Sales Support and Customer Support to new and existing ATC customers. The role includes interfacing with customers and vendors on behalf of the Senior Telecom Consultant in a fast-paced, ever changing industry. In addition to day-to-day tasks, position also offers incentives for new sales brought in to the company. Position has potential for growth into a Sr. Consultant role within 12 to 24 months.
Below are just a few responsibilities of the new employee. ATC is a small, fast-growing organization where all employees wear many hats. For obvious reasons, this is not a comprehensive list of duties.
Back Office Support – Draft Project Work Orders; Complete Audits of Potential Client Telecom Invoices; Secure Quotes From Vendors; Draft Proposals for Potential Clients; Prepare Sales Presentations; Data Entry of Client Specifics; Assist Clients with Billing Issues
Revenue Tracking – Reconcile Proposed Costs to Actual Invoiced Amounts; Track When Revenue is Received by ATC
Record Keeping – Create & Maintain Client Records; Update Details When Necessary
Support Existing Client Requests When Calling In: Moves, Adds, Changes, Deletions, Repair Requests, Etc.
Project Manager – Lead Project Deployments For New Client Roll Outs
Inside Sales Support – Explain New Products to Existing and Potential Clients; Clearly Explain Problems to Clients & Set Right Expectations for Resolution
Outside Sales – Outbound and Inbound Sales Calls; Attend Networking Events, Awards, Etc. to Meet Others and Get their Name Out in the Community
Volunteerism – ATC is a strong believer of giving back to the community we serve
