For the sixth year, LexisNexis and Synchrony come together to present a vital conversation to our Women 4 Technology Peer Group

Penny McVay is a QA Specialist responsible for Governance and Auditing of QA Processes at Great American Insurance Company. She graduated from IWU with a business management degree. She has achieved the PMP Certification and ISTQB Foundation Level Certification. Penny started her IT career as a developer and then moved to project management. She has managed large new development projects, large QA Teams, and been part of implementation of SDLC processes which influence the day to day efforts of IT teams. She has spoken at IT Conferences, recruited at several career fairs, and spoken at previous Women4Technology events.



Sonia Williams, Senior VP General Manager, TJX As a results-minded, executive with 28+ years of solid marketing and sales leadership experience, I am highly skilled in directing and managing the development and implementation of detailed, strategic plans. I do so with an emphasis on outlining clear expectations and consistently compiling and analyzing data in order to identify new opportunities, overcome obstacles, and achieve targeted goals.




Monica Deal is the VP of Global Customer Success at LexisNexis where her organization is the face of LexisNexis daily for many of our customers. She has over 450 employees across 17 countries whose roles span our Contact Centers, Customer Onboarding programs, and Customer Experience groups. Over the 17 years of Monica’s career so far, she has spent significant time in the sales organizations throughout LexisNexis business units – both as an individual contributor and as a sales leader. Monica is passionate about our customers and dedicated to enhancing the Global Contact Center as a competitive differentiator and revenue driver for the business.


Rupali Patil, Sr Technical Product Manager, RELX, In her current role as Senior Product Manager at LexisNexis, Rupali leads as a corporate strategy & development specialist in areas like customer identity & access management, A/B testing, UI/UX, and user analytics. She is skilled in analyzing the target audience and defining their needs and preferences, conducting competitor analysis, and identifying & communicating the most important features of a marketing campaign to attract customers.
