2025 Miami University Fall Career and Internship Fair

Connect with more than 3,000 students at the 2025 Miami University Fall Career and Internship Fair. Employers are invited to promote their full-time, internship, and co-op opportunities while networking with students spanning all majors, career interests, and class levels.  

EVENT SCHEDULE
9 a.m. - Employer Check-In Begins
11 a.m. to 1 p.m. - Employer Lunch
1 to 5 p.m. - Fall Career and Internship Fair

REGISTRATION FEES

• General Registration: $500
• Non-Profit or Government Registration: $150
• Next Day Interview: $50
• General Registration Additional Table: $300 (two max)
• Non-Profit or Government Additional Table: $60 (two max)
• Electricity: $100

Registration packages include one 6’ table with a white tablecloth, lunch for two employer representatives, light refreshments, convenient parking, and unloading/loading assistance for recruiters in attendance. Due to the popularity of this event, we must limit employer representatives to two per table. Employers may purchase up to two additional tables (maximum 3 tables and 6 representatives) at the time of registration.
