Join My HR Extension for the Bank Heist: The Ultimate Hiring Simulation— Bank Heist is an immersive simulation designed to teach critical hiring skills through an engaging, game-based experience. Participants take on the challenge of assembling the perfect team to rob "The Iron Reserve," mirroring the complexities of real-world hiring.

Participants will build candidate personas, review resumes, conduct behavioral interviews, navigate legal issues, and defend their hiring choices. This process sharpens interviewing skills, uncovers biases, teaches legal and inclusive techniques, and builds confidence in high-pressure hiring.

Great for: Team Leaders, Hiring Managers, HR Teams, and cross-functional interviewers

Participants can earn 2 SHRM Credits
