Code Kentucky, a government-funded tech workforce training program and non-profit, wants to connect with experts on the local tech scene--like you! At this event we will:

Discuss employment trends in the area, and thoughts on the local community at large;
Learn region-specific information, like what languages and tech stacks are most popular, what tech roles are most prevalent, and any challenges you face when employing tech talent;
Share more about Code: You and how we might serve as a pipeline of junior tech talent for your company (at no cost to you)

What is Code Kentucky?

Code Kentucky is based off the highly successful Code Louisville program that has seen over 840 adults in the Greater Louisville region move into tech careers since 2015. Since fall of 2021, over 100 Northern Kentuckians have completed a course, and 27+ have gone on to launch exciting new careers in technology. Popular course offerings include Data Analysis with Python, Software Development with C#, and Web Development with JavaScript.
